Benny S. Giambrone opened Ben's Appliance in 1959 servicing appliances and selling Whirlpool products. A few years later, he added kitchen cabinetry to his growing business. Ben always put customer service first, a tradition carried on throughout the decades by his three children and his employees.

In 2024, Ben’s Appliance joined Oaks Inc., an established home renovation company in the Rochester area, founded by Kris Oaks. Our customers can purchase appliances alongside their remodeling project or simply take advantage of great deals on high-quality appliances.
